The major features of the upgraded board room of Rospechat include clear display of information, a sound system adapted for meetings and conferences, a convenient real-time control of the audiovisual system achieved by drawing on modern trends and technology to improve the quality and efficiency of communications. The room has 48 seats for invitees, 25 seats at the main working table, 18 seats at additional tables and a rostrum.
The main information display devices installed by Avilex in the conference hall include two Mitsubishi UD8400U multi media projectors with the resolution of 1920х1200 pixels and the luminous flux of 6500 ANSI lumens. The projectors illuminate a DNP Supernova One 92” (2030x1040mm) screen featuring a higher luminous gain to provide high contrast and brightness of image, in particular at high light levels.
Given that seats of presidium members face the main screens with their right or left side, two Mitsubishi MDT651S 65” LCD displays with the resolution of 1920х1080 pixels (FullHD) were mounted on the wall to duplicate information for meeting participants. Moreover, the room has two duplicate Mitsubishi MDT521S 52” displays on mobile floor stands that provide a comfortable environment for meeting participants, even those on the most remote seats. In addition, two similar displays are located on the walls in the corridor. Sources of video signal for the display system include a VC terminal, interfaces on the presidium table and rostrum, graphic pads of the rostrum and chairperson, a presentation laptop of the operator, Blu-ray CD player and a TV tuner.
The rostrum and chairperson's seat are provided with Wacom PL-2200 21.5” interactive pads. These are used to display information required by chief executives and the speaker, which is sent either by themselves or by the operator. During the presentation, the chairperson and the speaker can use graphic commenting tools for presentations, text files and spreadsheets, run random software, use the document search and other interactive features.
Smooth sound in the room and sound amplification are provided by high quality JBL Control-series loudspeaker systems and Crown CT-series stereo amplifier. Dynamic processing and distribution of sound streams are controlled by Biamp Audia Flex CM audio processor. The solution allows for "conducting" sound streams in the room to achieve better sound, which is essential for accurate and correct perception of information. Thanks to the system, integrated control of sound modes can be done remotely.
Shure microphone system is used for speakers from the audience. It is a digital encrypted system to prevent remote wiretapping. Distribution panels in the hall and corridor are for press representatives and are used to record presentations. Presentations at the presidium table and from the rostrum are supported by microphone mixers of Bosch digital congress system allowing for automatic camera pointing at the active participant.
The room is equipped for video conferencing and video linkups using Polycom terminal equipment, namely a Polycom HDX8000 high resolution video conferencing terminal and EagleEye HD 720p video cameras. This equipment allows for high definition conferencing and sending images from displays to remote users via video conferencing channels.
To provide quick access to hardware control, technical facilities installed in the room include an integrated control system using AMX equipment. A user device of the control system is a 10” touchpad with the graphic interface allowing for control of remote equipment, selection of input on a matrix switcher, microphones and volume level adjustment.
